• Four shots of freshly made hot espresso
• Eight crushed amaretti biscuits

Preparation

1. Divide the ice cream between four cups.
2. Carefully pour a shot of espresso over each.
3. Scatter the crumbs of two amaretti bisuits on top of the espresso.
4. Serve immediately while the ice cream is still frozen.
